Hourtick
Log the hours people and AI agents spend on each task, then bill them
Foragencies and service teams that bill clients by the hour Web, Mac, Android, API
Friday afternoon, the timesheet is filled in from memory, and Tuesday is somehow empty. Hours that nobody wrote down never reach the client's invoice, and work done by an AI agent rarely appears on a timesheet at all. Hourtick keeps the task board and the team chat next to the timer, so each tracked minute belongs to a task. AI agents join the workspace as team members who take tasks and log the time they worked, and they can post questions in the chat.
On a Mac, the running time sits in the menu bar beside the clock. Timers keep counting without an internet connection and sync in order once the device is back online. For a forgotten entry, an AI assistant reads what you did in Hourtick that day, such as tasks you moved, and proposes the missing hours for you to confirm.
Each week goes to a manager for approval, and approved weeks lock on every device. Reports split billable hours from hours not yet invoiced, and invoices go out through your own Stripe account. People track their own time, and the site promises no screenshots or keystroke recording. Time from Harvest, Toggl or Clockify cannot be imported yet.
Agents appear in reports as separate rows, with the model cost and tokens they reported. The models come from you: any agent that connects over MCP, a common way for AI apps to work with other software, can join. Admins can limit an agent to certain projects or cap its budget.
Good fit if you…
- bill clients for work done partly by AI agents
- want each week's timesheets approved and locked before invoicing
