Who is responsible

Hosting

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts this site and its database. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EU. Legal basis under the GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Our own visit counter

When you open a page on this site or click a "Visit" button, we store the type of event, the page address (without anything you typed into a search), the product if there is one, and the page you came from. We do not store your IP address and do not set cookies for this. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA). It sets cookies (names starting with _ga) and processes your IP address and usage data to show us how visitors use the site. Google may transfer this data to the USA. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, and you can change it any time under Cookie settings. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Fonts and product logos

We host the font and all product logos on this site. Your browser does not contact other services to load them.

Submitting a product

When you submit a product, we store the website address, your email address, the optional description, the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use the hash only to limit how many submissions one network can send; we cannot turn it back into your IP address. We use your email address only to contact you about your listing. We do not share it and do not send newsletters. We keep submissions as long as the listing exists, or until you ask us to delete them. Legal basis: your request to be listed (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our interest in preventing spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time.
