The fourth application form this week asks for your work history again, right under the field where you just uploaded your resume. Every employer's form wants the same details, and the resume should match the wording of each ad. NeverApply hands both chores to an AI agent called Otto. You upload your resume once and name the roles and places you want. Otto then takes over the search and the applications.

Each day Otto scores new openings from company career pages and hiring systems against your profile and shows the ones that fit. For each job it applies to, it reorders and rewrites a few lines of your resume using only facts already in it, the site says. It then opens the employer's own application form, fills in the fields and submits it. Applications go out spread through the day, minutes apart.

You decide how much Otto does alone, from asking before it opens each form to picking jobs by itself up to a daily limit you set. Replies go to an email address that Otto runs, and it passes on interview invitations and anything else that needs you.

A tracker keeps each application with the submitted answers and the employer's confirmation, and the list can be downloaded as a CSV file. Before an interview, Otto drafts likely questions with answers taken from your own resume.
