CVs for one job posted on several sites come back through inboxes and WhatsApp chats. The best one ends up in the group chat nobody opens. Taraki, built for companies hiring in Pakistan, sends one job post to LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs and a careers page on your own website. Every application then shows up in a single list.
Its AI assistant, Tara, scores each applicant against the job description as soon as they apply and gives a short reason for the score. Recruiters can add preferences the job ad leaves out, such as location or university, and each role is ranked separately. Everyone who ever applied stays in a searchable database, where Tara also answers requests typed as a sentence: "Developer in Lahore with 3+ years of experience".
You define the hiring stages and move candidates through them. Messages to candidates go out by email or WhatsApp from inside the app. A connected Google account sends those emails through Gmail and books interviews in Google Calendar. Support runs over WhatsApp, and job seekers get a separate job board on the same platform.
