Team Memory Book
Collect coworkers' messages and photos into a goodbye book for someone who is leaving
Forwhoever organises a colleague's leaving present Web
Twenty signatures come back on the leaving card after its week round the office, most of them reading "All the best!" Team Memory Book collects longer goodbyes for a retirement or a farewell. The organizer shares one private link, and colleagues add a message and optional photos without an account or a payment. The form hides what teammates have already written.
The organizer then reads each contribution and chooses what goes into the book. Messages can be moved earlier or later. Each gets one of three page layouts, and the gallery layout holds up to four photos. A watermarked preview shows the full pages before the book is unlocked. According to the pricing page, a book holds up to 50 contributors and 80 pages.
The finished book comes as a private reading link and a PDF, and printing it is up to the organizer. The privacy policy says the messages are not used to create AI-generated content. Access is limited in time: the storage page lists 90 days of editing once the book is unlocked, then seven more days to download the files. After that the content is queued for deletion.
Good fit if you…
- are collecting goodbye messages from a team spread across offices or time zones
- want a keepsake with photos and stories instead of a signed card
