Upload forms want a JPG under 500 KB, while the iPhone hands over a 2 MB HEIC file. In This Pic Can Change (这图能改), an iPhone app, you pick the format and a target size in kilobytes, then crop or set a ratio on the canvas. Before saving, the result screen shows the new file size and pixel dimensions, and the original stays as it was.

Video clips open in a second editor, where a segment can become a GIF at a chosen width and frame rate. It can also become a Live Photo of up to three seconds with a chosen cover frame. The support page says the six core photo and video tools process files on the phone. Screenshot Delivery joins several screenshots in order and covers private details before export.

AI image generation and editing are optional and run on a provider you set up yourself, like OpenRouter or OpenAI. You enter your own access key, and requests go from the phone to that provider. Before the first one, the app shows which address receives what. The interface is in Simplified Chinese only. Version 1.2 is a public beta on TestFlight, Apple's test channel, with no App Store release yet.
