Client Review Desk
Collect client comments and approvals on each round of design images through a shared link
Forindependent designers and small design studios Web
Feedback on a logo round arrives in pieces: a voice message here, a reply-all email there. Two weeks later nobody can say who approved the warmer colour. Client Review Desk keeps each round of images together with the comments and decisions about it. The client opens an unlisted link, which only people who receive it can find, and leaves a note or a decision without creating an account.
Each round pairs a short brief with up to three image previews, and one HTTPS link can point to a presentation or design file stored elsewhere. Publishing freezes the round as a snapshot, so revised work goes into a new round while the earlier comments stay with the version they were about. The studio marks notes as resolved and sees approvals and change requests next to the images.
The terms describe a recorded approval as a workflow record, separate from a signature or the client contract. The studio owner signs in with a ChatGPT account and activates the tool with a licence key from Gumroad. Sending the review link is up to you, by your own email or chat, and native design files and video stay outside the tool.
Good fit if you…
- want clients to give feedback without creating an account
- want each design decision kept with the round it belongs to
