After a wedding shoot, the couple's picks often come back as a message full of file numbers, a few of which point to the wrong photo. GalleryDock gives photographers and filmmakers a private web gallery for each job, where clients mark favourites and comment on single images or on the whole album. The photographer sees the collected selection on a dashboard and decides per gallery whether clients may download small files or originals.

For film work, clients leave comments at a point in the video, and clicking a comment jumps back to that moment; the site says they need no account for this. Each album can be locked with a password. A gallery can also be placed on the photographer's own website by pasting a code snippet into an HTML element.

Extra photos, videos or whole albums can be sold from the gallery link at prices the photographer sets. A print shop adds acrylic, canvas, aluminium and Hahnemühle prints with a preview of the print on a wall, and the photographer chooses sizes and margins. The privacy policy names Stripe for payments, and the site is in German and English.
