CraftPilot
Help Etsy listings get found in search, and draft pins and emails that bring buyers back
ForEtsy sellers who do their own marketing Web, API
The piece you spent a whole weekend on has sat in your Etsy shop for months, and almost nobody has seen it. Sales on Etsy depend on turning up in Etsy search, and weak tags or a vague title can hide a listing for that long. CraftPilot links to a shop through Etsy's official connection for apps and scores the titles, tags, descriptions and prices of its listings. The connection can only read, so you paste the suggested wording into Etsy yourself.
For traffic from outside Etsy, a new listing can start drafts for a Pinterest pin and a blog post, and a restocked item an email to subscribers. With Autopilot switched on, restock emails and, on higher plans, Pinterest pins go out without a manual step. Newsletters and sale emails stay drafts that you check and send yourself. A showcase site can also be built, with every product link pointing back to the Etsy listings.
A few tools work without an account, for example a keyword explorer and an Etsy fee calculator. The Shop Health Score needs only the public shop address. Keyword and tag ideas come as relative demand ranks, which the site says are not Etsy search volume. Instagram and TikTok publishing are marked as coming soon.
Good fit if you…
- sell on Etsy and want help with tags, titles and descriptions
- want Pinterest and email traffic that leads back to your Etsy listings
