Compute Comparison
Find out what a rented AI chip or an AI text model costs across providers
Forpeople who rent GPUs or pay for AI model APIs Web, API
Twelve tabs into finding out what a rented AI chip costs, the price in the first tab may have moved. Those rates sit in Compute Comparison's tables for rented graphics chips (GPUs) and for AI text models, which charge by the token, a small chunk of text. Its own count is 127 GPU providers and 70 model providers, and the site says prices refresh every 15 minutes.
Prices come from provider APIs and public pricing pages, and providers without a machine-readable feed get checked by hand whenever their rate card changes. The site calls its data indicative and marks some entries as estimates. Some outgoing links earn it a commission, and providers can buy labelled sponsored placements. The disclosure pages say neither one changes the data or the rankings.
The Bill Repricer takes an export from AWS, Google Cloud or Azure and reprices the AI and GPU usage on it at current rates. Its page says the file stays on your device. Price alerts arrive by email without an account, though alerts for AI text models are paused for now. Developers can read the same data through a public API, and a key unlocks the full price history.
Good fit if you…
- are choosing where to rent GPUs for training or running AI models
- want live compute prices inside your own dashboard or app
