TripTended

A client says yes to Italy in September, and by November the hotel room and the final balance have both changed somewhere in an inbox. TripTended follows those changes for independent travel advisors, from the yes to the day of departure. Each trip shows what is still open, and it can only be marked Ready once every check has passed.

A client's request opens as a tracked change. It stays open until the client has approved the extra cost and the supplier has confirmed it. Client payments and supplier balances share one ledger. A screenshot of a bank transfer goes in as a receipt and becomes a payment after the advisor checks it against the bank.

Supplier quotes and confirmations reach the trip by forwarding or upload. From those files an assistant drafts a proposal page with options and notes the source of every line. Where a detail is missing, the draft leaves a blank. Clients pick their option on one link, and the same link later carries the final itinerary under the agency's name. The privacy policy asks users to keep passport scans and full card numbers out of the workspace. TripTended keeps records, so bookings and payments still go through suppliers and host agencies.
