SafetyStack
Draft the risk assessment and safety plan a UK site wants before you start work
ForUK tradespeople and small contractors who write their own site paperwork Web
It is Friday afternoon, the job starts on Monday, and the main contractor wants your RAMS: the risk assessments and method statements that set out the risks of the job and how you will control them. SafetyStack starts that paperwork from an editable template for your kind of work and your answers about the site and task. The finished document still has to fit the real job. The site asks you to adapt it to the work and the site and to have a competent person review it, and says a completed template does not guarantee compliance or acceptance by a client.
The template library covers 199 jobs, from roofing and scaffolding to asbestos removal. The pricing page calls each template a starting point based on UK regulations and HSE guidance. You can edit a template in the browser and download it as a PDF without an account.
A confirmed email unlocks AI review and My RAMS, where every job is saved with each issued revision. A new job can start as a copy of an old one, and the issued version stays as it was.
Next to the builder sit 63 smaller tools, including a noise exposure calculator and a hot works permit. An automated checker looks a RAMS over before you send it on. It is an aid, not a sign-off: the maker says it does not certify that a document is suitable or guarantee that a contractor accepts it. Templates and tools are written for UK sites and rules.
Good fit if you…
- need RAMS for a different site every few weeks and write them yourself
- want toolbox talks and inductions built from the same job details
