RooferQuoteHQ
Send a roofing customer three priced packages in one link they can accept online
Forsolo roofers and small roofing crews Web
A single total for a new roof turns every later upgrade into a new argument about price. RooferQuoteHQ, built for solo roofers and crews of one to three people, puts three packages side by side in one quote: Good, Better and Best.
The contractor enters the customer, the address and the roof size, in roofing squares or square feet. From editable prices for shingles, labour, tear-off and markup, the app then works out a total for each package. The finished quote is a public link that opens without an account, and the customer accepts a package by typing a confirmation. Each quote shows whether it has been sent, viewed, accepted or declined.
The site calls this version an MVP, a first release built to test the path from quote to acceptance. Uploaded measurement reports are kept as files, so roof sizes still go in by hand. The terms say the online acceptance is not a formal digital signature, so local contract rules still apply. The contractor copies the link and passes it on, as the app has no email sending or PDF export yet.
Good fit if you…
- still build roofing quotes in spreadsheets or copied documents
- want customers to choose between price levels instead of haggling over one total
