Grading day comes round faster than anyone updates the club spreadsheet of who has paid and who has trained enough for the next belt. In MatSync the owner works from a dashboard and members and parents from an app, both on the same records. Members book classes on their phone, and class limits and the attendance list update as they do.

Belt progress comes from attendance, and each member record keeps belt history and time in grade. Clubs set their own ranks and promotion rules, whether the style is judo or krav maga. At the door, an Android tablet can work as a check-in kiosk where members scan a card or the code in their app. A printed QR poster does the same job for clubs without a tablet.

Online payments run through the club's own Stripe account, and which cards and wallets work depends on the country. Cash and bank transfers can be recorded by hand, and failed payments show up in the dashboard. A parent's account holds a profile for each child, so classes are booked and paid for child by child.
