Pocket Invoice
Write invoices and estimates on your phone or in the browser, with clients saved
Forfreelancers and tradespeople who bill from their phone Web, iPhone, Android
Third invoice this month for the same client, and once again you are typing their address and the same line items into a word processor. The finished files then end up partly on a laptop and partly on a phone. Pocket Invoice keeps saved clients and products in an account and pulls them into each new invoice or estimate. It runs in the browser and in apps for iOS and Android.
One account can hold several businesses, each kept apart by name and invoice numbering, and stock counts drop as items are invoiced. Anyone who needs just one invoice can make it in the web creator without signing up and download a PDF in one of seven styles.
Through Pocket Invoice's MCP server, an AI chat assistant can work with the account too, and the setup page names Codex as the tested client. A typed sentence with the client and the amount comes back as a numbered invoice with its PDF. Payments entered this way change an invoice's balance and leave the customer's card untouched. An email goes out after you confirm the recipient in the chat.
Good fit if you…
- write most invoices on a phone between jobs
- bill for more than one business and want the records kept apart
