The PDF invoice, emailed with a polite "please find attached", stopped counting between Belgian businesses on 1 January 2026. Companies registered for VAT now exchange invoices as structured data over Peppol, a European network linking billing systems, and OrdoGrid connects to it through a certified access point. Each invoice shows whether it was delivered, and the customer's answer, such as a dispute, comes back to it.

A quote turns into an invoice with one click. Each document gets a running number and the legal mentions Belgian VAT rules ask for. Customer details fill in from Belgium's company register or from the EU's VIES database. Supplier invoices that come as PDFs can be uploaded, and an AI reader pulls out amounts and VAT lines. The privacy policy names OpenAI as the provider for that step.

Projects run on Kanban boards with time tracking, so logged hours stay tied to the invoice that charges for them. Invoices can carry a Stripe payment link, and imported bank statements are matched against the ones still open. The product is built around Belgian VAT and company registers, and support answers in French.
