NailMoodLab
Show your nail artist a picture of the design you mean, and try it on your own hand
Forpeople planning a manicure who want a picture to bring along Web
In the salon chair, "pink, but softer, with something sparkly" is a hard brief for any nail artist to work from. With NailMoodLab, that kind of wish becomes an image you can download and show at the appointment. You start from a palette such as French tip or black gloss, then write the colours, length, finish and a small detail. A separate field takes the things you want to keep out.
The virtual try-on takes a well-lit photo of your hand and the design you like, then paints that design onto your own nails. A third tool suggests nail shapes from a palm-down hand photo, next to guides comparing almond with oval or coffin with ballerina. Results are meant as a creative reference, the site says, and the AI can redraw finger outlines or shift a pattern.
The AI tools, which use OpenAI's GPT Image 2 model, need an account, and each generated image or hand analysis counts as one action against a monthly limit. The privacy policy says anyone with the link to a generated image can open it, and removal goes by email to support. For now, a result is kept only if you download it before leaving the page.
Good fit if you…
- find it hard to explain a nail design in words at the salon
- want to see a colour or pattern on your own hand before booking
