Most of a working day can vanish into one hour of recorded interview, as you rewind the same mumbled sentence until it almost makes sense. Le Scribe Audio turns the file into text and separates the speakers. Clicking a paragraph jumps to that moment in the recording, and renaming a speaker once changes the name across the whole document.

The text comes out either word for word or tidied up, and a summary by theme and in time order is available on request. The site lists more than 100 languages and says it follows a speaker who switches language mid-sentence. For a second check, two human transcribers can proofread the text, which the site says takes 5 to 7 business days.

By the site's figures, human review takes 2 to 3 hours per hour of audio, against 4 to 7 hours of typing by hand. The maker compared 10 transcription tools on the first 10 minutes of 3 interviews. It reports 2.5 times fewer corrections than the market average and publishes marked-up samples as PDFs.

Transcription runs through Google Cloud in a European region. The security page says recordings never train AI models and are cleared from the AI system's memory after processing.
