Ever Journal

Everyone means to write their life story someday, and someday stays a blank document called "Memoir" for decades. In Ever Journal the writing becomes an interview with an AI biographer named Eve, who asks when and where you were born and drafts a first chapter from that. After that she looks for the biggest gap in the story and asks about it, one question at a time.

Answers can be spoken or typed, and an old photo works too: Eve uses the setting and the details and leaves out who is in it. Each paragraph of the book links back to the entry it came from, and every change she makes is shown and can be undone. Chapters follow the eras that come up in your answers, and Eve asks when a split could go either way.

The journal also takes free-form entries, and ones you hide from Eve stay out of the book. The site says Eve writes only from your answers plus labelled historical context, and marks the unknown parts as gaps. It also says the AI models behind her run under terms that forbid training on your data.

The book is private to your account and can be downloaded in full or deleted at any time. The web app and the phone apps share one account, and the site comes in English and Japanese.
