Is This Song AI
Find out whether that suspiciously perfect song came from an AI music generator
Forcurious listeners and musicians who release their own tracks Web
Your new favourite song has no tour dates and a band photo that looks too clean, and your ears cannot tell whether a person made it. Is This Song AI listens for the traces that the music generators Suno and Udio leave in the audio. Its answer is Likely AI, Likely human or Unclear, with the reasons next to it.
A check can start from a Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer or YouTube link, or from a typed title and artist. The site then finds the official preview or the video's opening. Musicians can also upload an unreleased track, which gets a first check on the device before a 30-second excerpt goes to a second detection service. The privacy policy says the audio is discarded afterwards.
AI covers, part-AI tracks and live recordings often come back as Unclear, and the generators the site names stop at Suno v5 and Udio v1.5. An accuracy page lists each test with its sample size, including the routes that missed the site's own target. The terms ban publishing a result as the only evidence that an artist faked their music.
Good fit if you…
- want a second opinion on an artist that seems too good to have a pulse
- release your own music and want to see how a detector reads it before a distributor does
