InvoiceZip

The payment service Stripe hands over invoices one PDF at a time, while the accountant wants the whole month in one folder by Friday. Pick a calendar month, and InvoiceZip, a tool independent of Stripe, fetches every invoice PDF from it and returns them in a single ZIP file. With one extra permission, it also adds the payment receipt beside each paid invoice.

The connection runs through a restricted key, a password-like code from the Stripe dashboard that allows only the actions you tick. A key that can read invoices goes into the app, which passes it to InvoiceZip's server for the export. The privacy page says it stays in memory and is never written to disk or logs. Full secret keys are refused, and the setup guide suggests deleting the restricted key afterwards.

An invoice counts in the month it was created, in UTC time, whatever its status, and drafts without a PDF are left out. The month's invoice count and its totals in each currency appear in a preview first. Each ZIP covers one month and holds PDFs only, so a full year takes twelve runs.
