By the fortieth customer, the awkwardness of typing each payment reminder into WhatsApp by hand has turned into tedium. Gestor Lite keeps the customer list and the open charges in a web panel and sends the reminders by WhatsApp and email on its own.
The messages go out from the business's WhatsApp number, connected by scanning a QR code with the phone. A reminder can carry a payment link, and the panel connects to payment gateways to collect the money. Customers look up what they owe in a separate customer area. The business tracks incoming payments and exports financial reports.
The site and the panel are in Brazilian Portuguese. Customer import accepts only files exported from Gestor Lite or from the maker's older Gestor Convencional, so ordinary Excel sheets will not load.
