Shipvela
Get a React, Vite or HTML site off your laptop and online, with your domain and HTTPS
Forpeople who build small websites, often with an AI coding assistant Web, Command line
The site works, the buttons click, and the only person who can see it is you. A website made on your own laptop stays that private until it runs on a server with a public address. Shipvela hosts finished sites built with React and Vite or written in plain HTML. Each project gets a web address with HTTPS, the padlock that marks a secure connection. A domain you already own can be connected on every plan.
From the terminal, Shipvela's command-line tool uploads a folder of built files of up to 50 MB. With a linked GitHub repository, Shipvela runs the build itself, and after the first successful build every push to the main branch starts a new one. Codex, Cursor and other coding assistants can publish and check builds through Shipvela's MCP server.
Hosting covers the website itself, so a database or other backend comes from another provider. Existing Supabase or Neon projects can be connected to a build from the project's Integrations tab. The Pro and Studio plans add Next.js apps that build pages on the server, plus Lighthouse speed reports for mobile and desktop.
Good fit if you…
- build sites with Codex, Claude Code or Cursor and want them online
- want each push to GitHub to update the live site
