NovaSynth
Throw simulated callers at your voice bot before real customers ring it
Forteams that build AI phone and chat agents Web, API
A phone bot that sounds fine in the office demo can still stumble on the first caller who talks over it from a noisy street. The usual check is a teammate who dials the bot again after every change, and NovaSynth sends simulated callers in that teammate's place. Each one has a goal, a mood, an accent and a language, and some of them interrupt or fall silent halfway through.
The calls go by phone or chat to a test number or an agent that has not launched yet. One run pairs every caller type with every scenario. When the bot looks up an order during a test, NovaSynth plays back a recorded answer. Anything the bot tries to change goes to a sandbox, a walled-off copy, so live systems stay untouched.
Every call is recorded and scored, audio included, and the results point to the step where the conversation broke, with a suggested fix. After the fix, the same batch runs again to confirm it worked. The site says load tests reach up to 2,000 calls at the same time. NovaSynth is one of five products from Noveum, whose other tools trace and score agents once they are in production.
Good fit if you…
- run a voice or chat agent and want to catch failures before each release
- need to load-test a phone agent with many calls at once
