To visitors the WordPress shop looks fine while the work behind it has stalled. Unfinished background tasks pile up out of sight, and the first warning is often a customer asking where their email went. Queue Health for Action Scheduler shows how large that pile is and which plugin is the likely cause. WooCommerce and many other plugins share Action Scheduler as their task queue.

The plugin adds a page under Tools in the WordPress admin with counts of overdue and failed jobs. It also checks WP-Cron, which WordPress uses as the timer for scheduled work. Plugins file each job under a named hook, and Queue Health ranks the hooks behind the worst backlog. It then traces each one to the plugin or theme that likely owns it.

Diagnosis is where it stops: the plugin never cancels or reruns a job, so the repair stays with you or the plugin's maker. For that step it builds a support report to copy, which leaves out the data stored with each job. The plugin page says it makes no external calls.
