Meetext
Set up your software once for every business customer's Slack, Salesforce and more
Forsoftware companies that sell AI or API products to large businesses Web, API
A new enterprise customer has signed, and the celebration lasts until someone asks who will set the product up for them. Companies that sell software to large businesses often have to do that again for every new customer. Each customer wants it inside the Slack or Notion it already uses, with separate logins and a fresh security check. Engineers end up repeating nearly the same work for each of them. Meetext turns that repeated setup into software: the vendor connects its product once, and each customer gets a separate installation.
The vendor brings its product in as an MCP server, an OpenAPI file describing an API, a code repository or a customer's database. AI apps use MCP servers to reach outside tools. The vendor approves each operation, and changes to data need a second approval. Each customer then gets an install link and a security review for its IT team, and a real call tests the setup.
When the vendor's API changes, approval is withdrawn for every operation that changed, and existing customers stay on their version until someone moves them. Requests customers make that the product cannot yet handle are grouped across customers. For code fixes, Meetext can draft the change and open a pull request, which counts as done only once the customer's agreed test case passes.
Good fit if you…
- sell an AI assistant or API to enterprises that want it in their own workplace tools
- spend weeks of engineering time on each new customer's setup and security review
