English in Telugu Typing

Your keyboard knows 26 letters, none of them Telugu. Here you write a word the way it sounds, "namaskaram" for instance, and English in Telugu Typing shows the Telugu spelling in a list below the editor. One sound can match several spellings, so you click the one you mean or press Space to take the highlighted choice.

Names and numbers can stay in English: a Keep English button handles a single word, and an English mode covers longer stretches without changing what you already wrote. The finished text goes to the clipboard for a WhatsApp message or downloads as a TXT file or an editable Word document. An on-screen InScript keyboard offers a second way to type, one letter at a time.

The suggestions come from Google Input Tools, so in Telugu mode each word you type goes to Google, and new suggestions need an internet connection. According to the privacy policy, your writing is stored only in the browser, where an optional draft save, off by default, holds the latest version for 30 days. The tool converts the sound of Telugu words into Telugu script and leaves English sentences untranslated.
