Which AI Sent

A customer asks ChatGPT for a roofer, gets three names, then types yours into Google and calls, and your reports thank Google for the job. Which AI Sent adds a small script to your website that spots visits from AI assistants and follows each one through to the enquiry and the sale. A question on your forms, "How did you first hear about us?", picks up people who asked an AI and phoned later.

Each lead in the report carries one of three labels: Confirmed, Declared or Assisted. A Confirmed lead came from an AI tool and got in touch or bought within 90 days, and a Declared one is a customer who said so. Assisted needs written proof that an AI shaped the choice while another channel brought the person in.

Leads without evidence stay in their normal channel, which is why the site calls every AI figure a minimum. Clicks from Google's AI Overviews count as ordinary Google search.

Setup takes one click on WordPress or Google Tag Manager and one line of code elsewhere, though the terms exclude healthcare providers' websites. Every week the service asks ChatGPT what a customer would ask and shows whether your business is named and who appears instead. New leads can go on to a CRM through Zapier or a webhook, and won deals can come back to update the revenue.
