Instagram shows a follower count and leaves the detective work to you, with two long lists to scroll through side by side. Unfollowers Tracker compares them for you and looks at your own account only. It works from a web page that reads Instagram's own data export, or as a Chrome extension while you browse.
For the web version, you request your "Followers and following" data as JSON from Instagram's Accounts Center and drop the ZIP onto the analyze page. Results then list who does not follow you back and the fans you have not followed back yet. Like the rest of the site, the page is in Portuguese, and it says the file is opened in your browser, never sent to a server.
The extension runs on instagram.com in desktop Chrome with the session you are already logged into, so your password stays out of it. The privacy policy says follower lists stay in browser storage and member sign-in runs through Google. After a first snapshot of your followers, anyone who leaves shows up a day or two later, and a single click unfollows every non-follower.
