Contents Pilot
Plan and build on-brand Instagram carousels and posts, then schedule them
Forexperts and freelancers who win clients through Instagram Web
Instagram is hungry again. Every post needs a fresh topic and a finished design, and people who sell their own services rarely have time for both. To plan the week, Contents Pilot reads the posts that did well on your profile and on others in your niche. Each post then comes with its text and slides built together.
During setup you save your brand colours and typefaces once, and every new post uses them. The formats are carousels, static posts, infographics and Reels scripts, each with a stated goal such as explaining a concept or answering an objection. You change a line or a slide in the editor before anything goes out, and later drafts try to avoid whatever you cut or rewrote.
Scheduled and direct posts go to Instagram only, through Meta's official connection. The FAQ says the app passed Meta's App Review. The Sherlock tool reads other profiles in your niche and shows which opening lines and calls to action their slides use. Posts can be written in several languages, Portuguese and Spanish included. A dashboard shows reach and comments for posts published from the app.
Good fit if you…
- use your Instagram feed to find clients for your services
- want the post text and the slide design made in the same step
