The website says three left in stock, and the shelf in the warehouse is empty. Orders from an online shop often get retyped by hand into the company's back-office software, and the stock count on the website drifts from the warehouse. APPSeCONNECT copies orders, stock, customer records and invoices between those systems as soon as something changes, in both directions. The back-office software, known as the ERP, serves as the master copy that every connected app follows.
A setup usually starts from a ready-made package for one pair of systems, for example SAP Business One with Shopify or Dynamics 365 Business Central with HubSpot. The site lists more than 1,000 of these packages. Custom logic is built in ProcessFlow, a web-based designer where you drag processing steps into a pipeline and AI suggests which fields belong together.
Each morning the platform sends an execution report, and dashboards and alerts show runs that failed. The security page says the company is certified to ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Integrations run in the cloud, on your own servers or as a mix of the two, and a local agent keeps the data it handles encrypted on that machine.
On top of the integrations sits appse ai, which adds workflows that route exceptions and agents that carry out multi-step processes within limits you set.
